We take data protection seriously and aim to handle personal information in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

If a school or trust stops using The Governance Suite, customer data is normally retained until the end of the relevant paid subscription period, unless a different arrangement is agreed or a legal requirement applies.
